Here are some short blog entries that I have come across that may help you write productively for your projects.
Joli Jenson writes in From Predator to Pet: Three Techniques for Taming Your Writing Project, that creating a project box, using a ‘ventialition’ file and writing 15 minutes a day will help with getting your project completed. She has a follow up article, Who Knows Where the Writing Time Goes?, where she suggests keeping a ‘reverse day planner’ for two weeks to see where you allocate (and waste) your time.
The third entry is from the GradHacker blog. Justin Dunnavant writes in 3 Reasons Why Every Grad Student Should Learn WordPress that every graduate student should have a WordPress blog. Two of the reasons I mentioned to my students in my Digital Humanities course: a professional landing spot and a personal research portal.
